They have the absolute worst customer…

They have the absolute worst customer service experience in history. I can't even get through to a rep because I keep being sent to a different number and it constantly tells me to sign in. You suck basically, your prices are ridiculous for the service you actually provide. I'm learning Verizon is a joke.

Absolute worst customer experience I've…

Absolute worst customer experience I've ever had! I'm trying to complete a line transfer request and have called numerous times to speak with the line transfer team. I'm repeatedly put on hold for up to an hour, with noone picking up the other line or giving any idea when I might be helped. I've stopped believing that this department even exists. After a week of trying to complete this task, I now have to go in person to the headquarters in SF to get this done. Not sure I'll stay with Verizon at this point, this is ridiculous.

Horrible customer service, they don’t work with customers properly.

I’ve been a customer with Verizon for over 10years now and Ive never had such a horrible experience and horrible customer service. I am being over charged for services I never requested nor wanted, they forcefully made me over pay for services, customer services is terrible they don’t work with customers properly they make you wait for a long time on the phone for them not to help you, they don’t even want to credit me anything back. I will cancel my services with Verizon and I will never go back to them.

I’ve been a customer with Verizon for 6 years. I’ve been trying to get a companion device to my iPhone so I can use it less. I was on their chat service yesterday for 2 hours and transferred to multiple departments only to be told the phone they sent me can’t be used as a companion device.... so I’m on the phone with them today and have already been transferred three times in 20 mins because no one apparently knows what their job is or how to help me. Beyond frustrating!!! Terrible customer service

Those people are stealing clients

Those people are stealing clients. They have updated their new unlimited and decided to take off hotspot. So no hotspot for 1 month.
I took off the automatic renewal so I can select a new plan with hotspot. I followed each step selected the new plan, added $5 for hotspot and guess what? It again put me on the old plan. No hotspot again. I have contacted them immediately and they said, I have to wait another month... I made the mistake... I'm moving to another phone provider. They just took another $70 .they have absolutely no shame. I was client for few years.

We had been with Verizon for years…

We had been with Verizon for years until my husband had a problem with his phone and they had an outside company try and "fix" it, which they couldn't do and only made it worse. We had a certain amount of time to get his old phone returned after they sent him a new phone, which they received in that timely manner, but STILL took the money out of our account (almost $300) because that company hadn't "checked it in" a timely manner. Not our fault, and it took forever to get our money returned to us. WILL NEVER USE VERIZON AGAIN!!!

Verizon is run by monkies working in a sweat shop beneath the zoo.
My phone is locked up until I make a payment of $450.00 - the price of a very crappy car. Coincidence? I think not.
Our account is paid in full and we were supposed to be charged 132 a month, because I get a discount as a teacher. Verizon only needed my pay stub. I gave it. Then they want a teaching certificate. So now not only do I hear "OUR real teacher lets us do this" from pubescent minors who have yet to figure out the miracles of deodorant and keeping their mouths shut, now I get to hear it from some rep in a cubicle lorded over by algorithms and a manager who secretly drinks mint schnapps in the supply closet.
My phone isn't actually linked to OUR account. Some other random number is. My phone is on it's own account. I'm being charged 450 for never paying the bill on MY account. Nevermind that I paid for OUR account. We've spent probably 10 hours on the phone and in the store trying to get everything figured out (they sent us the wrong phones. Our accounts weren't linked, etc).
Verizon wants to charge us a fee to merge our accounts, EVEN THOUGH THEY’RE THE ONES WHO SCREWED UP AND MADE TWO ACCOUNTS. ???? Because merging two accounts isn't just the click of the button. Nay. It is more akin to two stars colliding. That kind of risk management takes money and spaceships. The reps are as powerless to change anything as a Victorian woman tied to the tracks in those old silent movies.
Also, Verizon is now charging us the full price of my son's phone, even though it was supposed to be free. Because Verizon created two accounts and to merge them means we lose all the promotions for which we signed up. They also want more money for my husband and I's phones, though we paid for them in full when we signed up, because again, we lose all promotions when we merge the accounts.
Perhaps now I'm the Victorian woman tied to the train tracks. Verizon bears down on me, the almost-Nike-swoosh painted on the side of the locomotive in a lurid red while the conductor sticks his head out the window and laughs, the image blurring with the zeroes and ones of the algorithm that make him. On the side, a mustachioed man, his breath smelling like mind schnapps, explains that it was my fault he had to lay me thus. From some distant place, the cry of monkey is silenced by a whip.
I wiggle like a worm, trying escape my fate and roll off the tracks like any human would. Alas, I am not human, but woman, and so have no choice but to make helpless cries that are almost-but-not-quite-sexy.
In the sky, two stars collide. The mustachioed man removes his hat as he bends close. "I can save you from my - I mean - your mistakes," he whispers. "For another five hundred dollars."

October 2020 Verizon offered us an…

October 2020 Verizon offered us an addition 2 gig of wireless data. No mention of a promotion agreement for one year. No confirming email about this promotion. Upon switching to another wireless provider we received a cancellation charge of over $175. Of course when you try to contact Verizon the automated system asks for your wireless number, which they have disconnect even though there is an outstanding balance. After multiple tries contact a rep and in March they said they would credit $140 but we still would owe $107. The rep said the credit was approved. I sent a check for the $107 and April Verizon sends us another bill showing we still owed $140. After multiple attempts spoke to rep for over two hours to find out that they never approved the credit and the original rep lied. As a past Verizon customer for over 6 years my advice is to stay clear of this company. They are not what they were in the past and in my opinion very dishonest.

If in my hand I will give you 0 star

If in my hand I will give you 0 star. All representatives talk different way. If some one promised to give credit account then other person say we don’t have any note. I have whole conversation screenshot pictures but they don’t want apologies to other representatives mistake. All representatives talk different way & don’t know how to talk with customer.
